Boots Buys Clearasil

Procter & Gamble has sold its Clearasil brand to Boots Healthcare International (BHI). Two of Boot’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Boots Healthcare USA, Inc. and Hermal Kurt Herrmann GmbH & Co, have agreed to purchase Clearasil from P&G at a price of $340 million.
